Hi dear!
I welcome pets with open arms : all ages, breed and sizes (below 15kg). Soft spot for chronically ill babies, im a vet and will be able to handle any medical needs including injection, pilling, monitoring and if necessary, can bring to your preferred clinic for checkups.

Handle them with care and patience, love them as my own. Constant potty access, comfy area, treats and toys

Check in / check out time : 7pm-11pm
For early flights, 8-9am can be arranged

Please be punctual and respectful of each other's time

Only accept fully vaccinated pets with updated tick/flea prevention & without infectious parasite and diseases (flu, diarrhea, fleas etc). Partially vaccinated pets must be healthy and will be in isolation room only. Please send proof of flea prevention (must be within a month from boarding date) and vaccine (must be within a year from boarding date). For senior pets above 10 yr old, with seizure history or organ failure, these are exempted provided that pet is free from parasites, is not infectious, and owner understand the risk of not putting pet on preventatives.

Highly advisable to bring own food / treats to prevent dietary indiscretion or food allergies. Bedding or toys for familiarity comfort.

Additional services available : nail trim, basic small area fur trim (paw pad, eyes, muzzle, ears), anal gland compression, ear cleaning, basic grooming, medications and injections, pet taxi, house feeding, walks with additional charge

Please inform in advance if your pet is on raw diet, require walks, on medication or has any form of allergies or behavioural issues. I do not accept fierce or barking pets as I live in condo. I am able to handle fierce pets provided that owner is understanding I am able to do limited activities due to pet behaviour, and pet will be in confined area for ease of management. Understandably, some pets, especially first timers will act differently at home vs boarding, if behaviour is unacceptable despite my effort to calm and soothe them, will work with owner to find next suitable sitter. I do not condone stressing pet with alpha energy or hitting them into submission. Boarding shld be a stress-free staycation instead of triggering fear aggression.

Should there be any tick / fleas noticed upon boarding, despite putting prevention, there will be additional charge of frontline spray to immediately kill the parasite (rm50/pet) and cleaning fee rm50-100/pet depending on extent of disinfection. Pets will then be isolated and in cage for ease of cleaning until end of boarding. Owner can opt to book other sitters that accepts pets with said issues. Pet taxi service can be arranged, at an additional charge. No refund will be given for the remaining days of boarding. It is under owner's responsibility to ensure pets that enter do not have infectious parasite/diseases that could endanger other pets, and if fail to report, charges mentioned above will be incurred.
